Reeti Nair is the founder and
Principal Consultant for Aligna. Inc., a Chicago based consulting
and training firm. Reeti has a Masters degree in Operations and
Technology Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology,
Chicago, IL. She has spent the last fifteen years working in
R&D, manufacturing, and human resource working in various
capacities.
Reeti's extensive experience in
business management spans several years. She has facilitated
transformation efforts of organizations to meet critical business
needs. These large efforts included strategic planning, external
benchmarking, industry analysis, reengineering processes, change
management, internal branding, and team training. Reeti has also
been involved in consulting on Business Process Outsourcing, cross
cultural communications, and diversity.
Having worked with industries in
the Fortune 500 pharmaceutical and human resource companies, Reeti
has decided to focus on helping corporations profit from her
experience and skills in organizational transformation and
