Business Issue
Outsourcing failures are most often a
result of fearful and confused people. They are fearful for their
jobs and are confused about what to do and how to do it well. Outsourcing is a big change and individuals,
and especially teams, need help to be successful. Teams need common
goals and processes to work together so they can
consistently deliver on the established goals. When a
project or process is outsourced, team members need to decide on
new ways of doing things. Otherwise performance and results suffer.
Workshop Overview
This
performance-building workshop is a quick and effective way to
determine new processes, responsibilities and also identify
potential problems. This approach will prevent a negative dip in
performance seen initially in 80% of teams that have outsourcing
